Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase.

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or other resolution. To help us address the issue promptly, please provide a photo of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly, and we may be unable to make changes or cancellations after the order is confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase. If change or cancellation is needed please contact us within 24 hours.
