Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yarnberry Boutique! We aim to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy for more details on how we handle your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All crochet orders are processed within 1-2 weeks and all jams and jellies are processed in 3-5 days of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that handmade items may require additional processing time, and we will notify you if there is any delay in fulfilling your order.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer several shipping options, including USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, USPS Retail Ground.

3. Domestic Shipping

  • Within Georgia: We ship crochet items and jams, etc. within the state of Georgia. Orders typically arrive within 3-10 days, depending upon the selected shipping service. 

  • Outside Georgia: Due to Georgia Cottage Food Laws, we can not ship food products outside of the state of Georgia. Only crochet items can be shipped outside of the state of Georgia.

4. No International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States, with the restrictions mentioned above regarding certain products outside of Georgia.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot control delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order experiences a delay, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Yarnberry Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Yarnberry Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is processed.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Yarnberry Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance. If you need help, please reach out to us, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
